There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

As you well know I had a horrible experience with a realtor who represented the sell of my home and it set on the market for three months with no interest what so ever and from day one of meeting with you everything turned around!  You have been so polite and professional through it all and not just because it comes with the position but because that is who you are; VERY GENUINE, VERY CARING AND VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND RELATIONSHIPS! 



With you my house went on the market on a Thursday morning and by 6 pm Friday night we had 15 or more viewers, five offers and "a contract"!  WOW!  And all this was handled very efficiently via phone calls, text and email; as I was 400 miles away!   UNBELIEVABLE! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish with minimal effort on my part and that is ONLY because you are EXCELLENT at what you do best and that is "take care of people"! 



What makes you stand out from other Realtors is: your assertiveness in respecting people and their property while sharing with them how to change up things to complement the home and make it shine in its greatness.  You take time to get to know everyone's  personalities which opens the door to consider the many decisions you have to make and it is obvious you are great with these decisions as  you are very respectful of everyone's time and money.   Also I NEVER once had to contact you as you were always on top of communication whether it was via phone call, text or email; AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING! 



You came to me as a referral from: Pastor Randy Lucero; for which I am very thankful as I not only found a Perfect Realtor but a Friend!  You are a remarkable Woman and you shine from the inside out!  God Bless you and your business as you continue to touch lives! 



You not only sold my home in a timely manner but also set up the rental of the property in the interim of the closing of the sell which made a perfect solution for not only my self but also the buyers.  And last but not least I was traveling due to my husbands health and my sons health half way across the United States at the time of closing and you made it so very simple as you keep the flow of communication open with me, the title company and the buyers realtor; UNBELIEVABLE!!!! It was so smooth and simple and really took a huge load off my plate during this time of my life.  I did not find a notary at the hotel but I did find one at UPS which made the transaction very convenient, I did not ask a Fed-X but I wouldn't be surprised if they also would have one.
